ESMA manufactures and assembles components made from both metal and plastic. Our specialty lies in the production of small series ranging from 10 to 10,000 pieces. All products are designed using a modern 3D CAD system (Solid Edge ST) and programmed directly to our CNC machines. Thanks to our extensive knowledge of machinery and supplier networks, we are able to manufacture your product as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
Production is monitored in accordance with ISO 9001 standards, and ESMA prepares a measurement and production report for every order. This ensures full traceability and allows us to retrieve the complete history of every product at any time.
