To support the Belgian Solar Team with their continuous improvements we were challenged to mill the stator of their new engine. The complex form with angled faces was made on a 4-axis milling machine and a lathe. The two counterparts of their mold were produced on the same machines. Both parts were made out of aircraft aluminum.
