Esma’s in-house development department possesses extensive knowledge of materials and various industries (automotive, construction, horticulture, mechanical engineering).

This allows us to combine techniques, resulting in surprising solutions.

Esma manufactures and assembles parts from both metal and plastic. Our specialization is the production of small series (10 to 10,000 pieces). All products are designed on a modern 3D CAD system (Solid Edge ST) and sent directly to the CNC machines. Here too, our knowledge of machines and suppliers guarantees that we can make your product as simply and cost-effectively as possible.

Production is monitored according to ISO 9001 standards, and Esma creates a measurement and work report for every order. This allows us to always trace the history of a product.
