This series is used in pallet trucks. The side panels rotate 180º downwards. The aluminium runs the full length. Optionally, a top panel can be mounted on the bottom bulkhead. However, a guide rod is required for this. The entire system is operated effortlessly. The 400 series is mounted under the loading floor.
The 400 series can serve as an alternative to the 500 series. However, the latter is without a locking mechanism.
For the 400 series, two main applications are possible:
Version 1
The flap rotates 180º downwards and consists of one piece. This applies to pallet trucks, flooring for stage trolleys...Version 2
The flap rotates 180º downwards and folds in half. This applies to grain wagons, stone wagons....
